The Transit Services Committee meets on the first Monday of the month from 3:30 – 5:00 pm.
The committee meets to discuss service planning and development of transit services throughout Tompkins County. It also evaluates route changes and considers requests for services from the community. The committee examines the quality and reliability of TCAT services and monitors ridership data to determine the efficiency of the transit routes. Finally, the committee monitors passenger amenities such as bus stop accommodations.
Riders and members of the TCAT team meet once a month to discuss current issues and future projects. We currently have a full compliment for our committee, but if you would like to join in the future, please send an email to tcatmail@tcatmail.com.
