TCAT, Inc. desires to solicit proposals from professional service providers for driving paratransit vehicles, conducting safe and reliable paratransit transportation for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-certified passengers. The successful contractor shall offer parallel paratransit service in alignment with TCAT, Inc.’s fixed-route operations.
Service is inclusive of, but not limited to:
- Scheduling trips, dispatching, answering telephone inquiries, record-keeping to include that required for National Transit Database (NTD) reporting.
- Compliance with all mandates from the New York Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
